What effect for me?
There are no special rules when it comes to choosing an effect. Just follow your desires.
The big trend this summer, glitter and matte effects kind of finished textile. However, we put aside the crackles and magnetic effects that we keep for the winter.
The pro thing to know: if you have small nails, opt for light and iridescent colors that will capture the light and will tend to lengthen them! In contrast, dark and matte colors will tend to shrink them.
How to ask?
Rule # 1: apply a protective base coat to the nail. This will prevent your nails from turning yellow, being streaked or softening.
Rule # 2: the true color of a varnish, it is always two layers. We do the same with an effect varnish!
Rule #3: we do not forget the top-coat. Once installed, it protects the varnish from shocks and restores shine. The idea is to use the glittery effect like a top coat over a color.
The tip: for a look at the top, before applying your hairspray, do not hesitate to make a beauty of the hands!
How to remove it?
Not always easy to get rid of a varnish with relief. Above all, avoid soaking your fingers in a foam soaked insolvent, you could tear it. To make your life easier, here are three tips ...
The foil: technique rather effective, it consists of wrapping your nails in small pieces of wadding soaked in a solvent (do not hesitate to press well to check that it adheres well). Then, just wrap your fingertips with aluminum foil. Leave for 1 to 2 minutes and pull the twists one by one by exerting a pressure on the nail.
To remove stubborn varnishes (especially those with glitter, ball or sand effect), apply a coat of any varnish over with your nail art kit and immediately pull with a cotton. This trick will remove much of the relief and then you just have to remove the rest as usual!
The exception: if your effect varnish really gives you a hard time, you can use a solvent with acetone. But, this solution must remain casual because it can damage the nails.
And you, for what effect will you crack this summer?
