How to Avoid Ingrown Hairs When Shaving?

If shaving allows you to display a perfectly smooth and beardless skin, it has the main disadvantage of being able to cause ingrown hairs.

But no worries! These hairs that grow under the skin and form a button on its surface, both unsightly and sometimes painful, are not inevitable ... provided you take care of your skin.

How to prevent the appearance of ingrown hairs?
The keyword in the care of your skin is the daily cleaning and hydration. Use a cleansing gel suitable for your skin (dry, oily, mixed) to purify your pores. Then nourish it with a moisturizer or with a specific treatment. This will already be a good start but it will not be enough to prevent the formation of hair under the skin.
Shaving, whether it's your beard, your armpits or your torso, is a series of steps that are crucial to preserving your skin.

3 helpful treatments against ingrown points after shaving
Exfoliating Scrub
First of all, a scrub, once or twice a week, is necessary to eliminate small dead skin and to be able to shave on healthy skin. No need to scrub like a madman, an exfoliating cream will perfectly fulfill this mission, without attacking your skin.

The softening care of the hairs
Before the crucial step of shaving, consider using a pre-shave oil, to soften the hair but also to leave a protective veil on your skin. It will not be attacked by your razor, especially if you use a shave gel suitable for your skin.

When using the FLYCO rechargeable razor on (both for your beard and other parts of the body such as armpits or torso, for example), consider shaving in the direction of the hair. This is the best way to avoid ingrown hairs.

The essential aftershave
Finally, despite all these precautions, your skin may be irritated during shaving. To avoid redness or small inflammation associated, do not forget the lotion or after-shave cream, preferably anti-hair ingrown! You will find easily in supermarkets, although privileging a product sold in pharmacies is the best option.

What to do in case of ingrown hairs?
If you notice the formation of ingrown hairs, more and more frequent, consider taking a break from the daily shaving. This may be an opportunity to grow your beard if it is not already done! If you're not a fan, you can space shaves a few days, to give your skin a little respite.

A cotton pad soaked with hydrogen peroxide and tweezers can also help you remove an ingrown hair if it is apparent on the surface of the skin.

On the other hand, do not under any circumstances try to extract the recalcitrant hairs by yourself, for example using a needle. You may develop small infections that will require an appointment with a dermatologist. In general, a doctor will also be the preferred solution to get rid of an ingrown hair cleanly.

magnetic reading glasses

I have a bangs
Make sure the top of your frame is not a thick, graphic line. Opt instead for a mount high enough soft and thin to avoid hardening your features.

I have a short haircut
You can opt for graphic or round magnetic reading glasses to dress up your face and bring it more character. Dare also slightly more eccentric shapes like butterfly glasses!

I have long hair
Rectangular glasses will bring structure and frame to your face. What to contrast with the fluid and supply side of your hair.

I have a square or a tapered middle
Choose rounded or oval magnetic reading glasses, with soft lines, to stay in tune with the aerial structure of your haircut.

I have a graphic square
Avoid graphics frames that might harden your features. Opt instead for an aviator or rounded form.

And color side?
If you have blond hair, know that black frames will be very pretty on you. On the contrary, if you are dark, avoid black glasses and prefer colors or neutral tones. If you have brown hair, opt for a frame with warm shades (brown, red, orange, plum ...). Finally, if you are red, fall for a pretty green or brown mount and avoid especially red.

5 Tips to Take Care of Your Beard and Skin

The beard requires regular maintenance to keep it soft and clean. However, it is difficult to find suitable products that respect both the beard and the face. Here are some tips to take care of your beauty attribute. A recent study by researchers based in Birmingham showed that the beard accumulates throughout the day bacteria following meals, kisses and other passages of the hand on the face (And yes gentlemen we all have this little tic). In order to avoid exposing one's loved ones or oneself to germs trapped in our hair, let's see how to obtain a healthy and silky beard.

FLYCO Rechargeable Razor

1- Shampoo his beard
It is not necessarily recommended to use your usual shampoo or soap. Although the beard hair is close to the texture of the hair, its location on the face requires us to use specific products for its maintenance. Indeed, the selected care must be soft enough to be used daily without drying the face and the beard.

Our advice: In the shower, apply the special beard shampoo on your face. Using your fingers, make circular movements to properly penetrate the product and thus reach the skin under the beard. After a few minutes, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that the water remains warm, water too hot could attack your skin and weaken your beard hair. If your beard tends to curl, try colder water. Dry your beard well by tapping with a towel or possibly with a dryer (at a good distance) if your beard is longer. Renew the operation at least 3 times a week.

2- Brush his beard
To obtain a uniform beard, it is necessary to brush it with a dedicated accessory. Forget the combs synthetic material, prefer those in real horn, or better opt for a real beard brush: wild boar hair. This may seem surprising, but the beard is sensitive to static electricity, it tends to recover with a plastic comb, guaranteed bush effect. The natural bristles of this brush, arranged in an irregular way, detangle and smooth the beard. This stiff-bristled beard brush also removes dead skin and revitalizes the skin. The effect of brushing on the skin stimulates the production of sebaceous which prevents drying of the skin.

Our advice: Brush your beard evenly in the direction of hair growth on as large a surface as possible. Massage more or less firmly depending on the desired massage effect. Know that regular brushing of the beard also accelerates its growth, stimulating the hair at its root.

3- Feeding his beard
After brushing, use a beard oil. This serum composed of essential oils nourishes both the beard and the skin of the face and thus makes it softer to the touch. Pour a few drops in the palm of your hand and apply on the whole of the beard

4 - Clean your face: the scrub
It is advisable to perform a face scrub once a week. This helps clean the skin thoroughly and remove all impurities (such as dead skin). Note that on the areas that you shave with the FLYCO Rechargeable Razor, this cleaning avoids the formation of ingrown hairs. Also, remember to moisturize the skin after the exfoliation to maximize the benefits of the exfoliant.

5 - Moisturize your skin
Because a beautiful beard hides the skin, some men tend to forget to take care of it. This is a mistake because the passage of the FLYCO rechargeable razor weakens the epidermis. If you have a short beard, beard type 3 days, you can use a moisturizing balm, but massage your face well to avoid cream residue on your hair. With a longer beard, use beard oil to penetrate well to reach the skin. In any case, moisturize the parts of the face not covered by the beard, forehead, cheekbones, nose and especially the neck. You can use moisturizing balms with a soothing effect or after-shave, they will calm any redness on shaved areas (especially the neck) while nourishing your skin. If you have fragile skin, avoid products that contain alcohol, they may dry out your skin.

How to Harden the Nails With Remedies and Products

Fragile nails have been a problem for many girls I've met. Luckily, this is a problem that has always had a solution. How to harden the nails? There are several solutions.

As I have advised these friends, to put our nails in a treatment that strengthens each part of the nail and are more resistant we can resort to natural or less natural methods, which for me means to say fast or less fast. In any case, the objective is the same, to decide we must see how much time and money we want to invest so that the result becomes evident.

How to harden nails naturally
Next, I will show you how to harden the nails with natural methods:

Castor oil:
The benefits of castor oil are also used for hair, but especially to make the eyelashes grow and strengthen. In the same way, its use is beneficial to make the nails hard. The procedure is very simple, you just have to put a little castor oil and the juice of a lemon in a bowl. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes and then dip your fingers for 5 minutes. You can do it once in the morning or in the evening for 10 days.

Aloe vera:
Aloe vera is a very important ingredient in aesthetics since it has proven to have multiple qualities, with it we strengthen and beautify our hair and nails. To harden your nails naturally with aloe vera, we need a little gel or extract of aloe vera (remember that you can extract it from the plant yourself, which would be ideal) and five drops of olive oil. Combine the two ingredients until they are completely mixed. With a little cotton, this powerful elixir passes over your nails, they will absorb it and nourish it. This you can do 3 times a week.

Papaya:
Another solution is by mixing two tablespoons of papaya puree, one teaspoon of almond oil and one egg yolk. This mixture is applied to the nails with your nail art kit, massaging about 2 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Lemon:
As simple as squeezing a couple of lemons and adding a splash of water in a bowl. Remove so and then introduce the tips of the fingers for five minutes. Repeat the process 3 times a week. (If you do not have time, you can always rub a slice of lemon on your nails). Then apply a cream to your hands.

(This method can be done exactly the same with milk, you can alternate every week).

You have to keep in mind that to harden the nails with natural products, the constancy is the secret, you can not pretend to have the greater hardness in two days, but it is appreciated by keeping the process a few weeks.

Nail hardening products:
And finally, the quick method. Use only products that contain hardener for your nails. Above all take care to find a good nail polish remover with hardener, because it penetrates the nails more easily. There are also enamels that include hardening effects of very good quality.

Here we have some of them, just remember to buy quality products!

Effect Varnish: How to Choose?

Iridescent, sequined, magnetic, ball, and cracked, effect varnishes break on the nails of "nailistas" (include addicts to varnish). The choice is wide but what effect to choose? How to put it on and take it off properly? Discover all our tips and tricks to have a manicure at the top!

What effect for me?
There are no special rules when it comes to choosing an effect. Just follow your desires.

The big trend this summer, glitter and matte effects kind of finished textile. However, we put aside the crackles and magnetic effects that we keep for the winter.

The pro thing to know: if you have small nails, opt for light and iridescent colors that will capture the light and will tend to lengthen them! In contrast, dark and matte colors will tend to shrink them.

How to ask?
Rule # 1: apply a protective base coat to the nail. This will prevent your nails from turning yellow, being streaked or softening.

Rule # 2: the true color of a varnish, it is always two layers. We do the same with an effect varnish!

Rule #3: we do not forget the top-coat. Once installed, it protects the varnish from shocks and restores shine. The idea is to use the glittery effect like a top coat over a color.

The tip: for a look at the top, before applying your hairspray, do not hesitate to make a beauty of the hands!

How to remove it?
Not always easy to get rid of a varnish with relief. Above all, avoid soaking your fingers in a foam soaked insolvent, you could tear it. To make your life easier, here are three tips ...

The foil: technique rather effective, it consists of wrapping your nails in small pieces of wadding soaked in a solvent (do not hesitate to press well to check that it adheres well). Then, just wrap your fingertips with aluminum foil. Leave for 1 to 2 minutes and pull the twists one by one by exerting a pressure on the nail.

To remove stubborn varnishes (especially those with glitter, ball or sand effect), apply a coat of any varnish over with your nail art kit and immediately pull with a cotton. This trick will remove much of the relief and then you just have to remove the rest as usual!

The exception: if your effect varnish really gives you a hard time, you can use a solvent with acetone. But, this solution must remain casual because it can damage the nails.

And you, for what effect will you crack this summer?
