Running is the most natural activity, of course. However, to practice it safely and in the most pleasant way possible, it is better to equip yourself and not forget anything. Shoes, clothes, running watches ... here are some practical tips.
Personalized equipment
Do you plan to run twenty minutes on the road once a week during the summer? You train all year long for trail running, on mountain paths? Your equipment will have nothing to do. The most important thing is first of all to define your objectives and your training conditions. Also, think about your running habits: do you need music to run? Do you constantly watch your watch? Do you tend to sweat a lot? Write down all these points!
The base: running shoes
Comfort and safety: that's what your wholesale athletic shoes should bring you. Likewise, choose your running shoes according to your practice. The trail shoes have such a rigid sole, with more pronounced spikes to ensure a good grip on any terrain while limiting the impact on your joints. The shoe is, therefore, heavier and stiffer than a running shoe for road or road.

Running applications and watches
A fun race or a training race, a waterproof sports watch or a smart phone watch with a running app is a real plus.
A simple cardio watch can do the trick if it does not move the wrist and is light, in a material that supports perspiration. A smartphone watch is ideal for having both music, GPS, and a training app: you will need to provide a pocket, usually to fix the forearm.
Invest in headphones designed for running: they hold well but especially they allow you to hear the noise around: a real security issue, especially if you are used to jogging in town.
