How to Stop the Snoring

Snoring is the result of obstruction of breathing during sleep.

Snoring is more generally in men, overweight and more often in the elderly. We cannot consider that snoring is normal and accept it as such. Snoring can cause health problems. They are generally snoring due to nasal obstruction part, and most often occur in the throat. Although inspired enough oxygen, expiration causes this reverberation and noise as a result. Nasal obstructions may be due to sinusitis, due to allergies, colds or dust.

Uses air pressure to push the tongue forward and open the throat. This allows air to pass through the throat. It reduces snoring and prevents apnea discomfort, although not everyone can sleep with it.


And the biofeedback watch is also helpful as a simple device. There is also a device that is placed in the mouth, which holds the jaw slightly forward to avoid falling behind the tongue and other tissues of the mouth and cause snoring to clog up the air, but also seems uncomfortable sleeping with it.
