What is Fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is a complex disease characterized by the appearance of diffuse, chronic and multiple muscle aches and a feeling of tiredness and sleep disorders. The World Health Organization began to consider fibromyalgia as a disease in 1992. This disease affects an average of between 2% and 5% of the population, mainly women aged 30 to 50 years old at the 80% of cases.
